The breakfast was FRESH with numerous choices available. The hotel has agreements with nearby garages, offering preferential pricing. The staff was helpful, offering restaurant recommendations. The location is PERFECT, central to numerous attractions.
The lighting in the corridor leading to rooms was somewhat dark, which I found a little off-putting.

adequate stay with some issues
constant noise no response
the location was pretty good, i suppose.
My room was not quiet. the constant noise from what i suspect was a water pump kept me up most of the night. also, i got a follow-up message on whatsapp asking me to rate support. The message got no response which felt pretty pointless.

Really good Stay, Highly Recommended!

The reception staff were helpful.). The breakfast had high-quality food and special mention goes to Gabriella who was super happy and helpful. The location is fantastic with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and walkable to everywhere.
My room was dark, small, the shower was tiny and it had a view of a bird poop covered roof. I asked to change rooms, but it was not possible, disappointing.

The hotel is situated in a pedestrian street, so motor vehicle access is controlled. It provides good walkability access to the picturesque River Duoro and to numerous restaurants, bakeries and gelaterias, very convenient.
